Namibia: CESTAS is looking for a trainer in gender issues and reproductive health
The main trainer’s responsability will be teaching activities in the context of a training course for local trainers, that will hold presentations with adolescents girls and boys (ages of 13 to 22 years) in and out of school, in informal settlements of Tobias Hainyeko Constituency ( Khomas region) and Vfy Rand, Okahandja constituency ( Otjizondjupa region), Namibia. It is part of the project, approved by the European Commission for development cooperation in 2016, that has the specific objective of empowering adolescent girls and young women to access development opportunities through prevention of teenage pregnancies, child marriages, the acquisition of life skills trainings and vocational skills trainings.
The courses will be held in Windhoek and in Vyf Rand (Otjozondjiupa Region), during two field missions of 7 days each, scheduled in the indicative periods of September 2018 and January / February 2019. Among the requisites there are: postgraduate specialization in the subjects covered by the project, experience as a trainer in cooperation for the development projects of at least 5 years and at least a Level C1 of English language knowledge.
